About Us
BTR Group is an industrial and automation contractor created by the merger of TDS Technologies and BSE Electrical Contractors. Together we have a combined 80+ years serving the KW area and beyond.
The Story of BTR GROUP
Originally our founding companies were know as PG Dyck Electric and Bill Snyder Electric. Over the years through expansion, mergers and other opportunities we became TDS Technologies and BSE Electrical Contractors.
As we continue on our path of evolution we have become BTR Group. A full service electrical and automation contractor serving industry across Ontario and the World. We have a very strong focus in the Food & Beverage sector, Water treatment and Waste Water Treatment, Concrete and Aggregates as well as many other industries. We can provide design and engineering services, construction and installation services as well as maintenance. We have worked with some of the largest mulit-national brands down to the smallest start-up hoping to become the next multi-national.
Working with our industry partners and in-house team of experienced tradespeople we can complete any project from design thru completion. We help you focus on your business while we take care of ours. We focus on your project and needs offering advice and suggestions through-out to help improve your project and keep you on budget. 19xx - PG Dyck formed
198x - PG Dyck becomes Del-Co with the addition of new partners
1991 – Bill Snyder Electric is formed
199x – TDS Technologies is formed
TDS Technologies is formed by the amalgamation of Vancouver based Tecthco & Sprayco , and Del-co.
20xx – TDS technologies separates
In order to refocus on their core businesses in Ontario, TDS technologies separates from their west coast partners.
2018 – Bill Snyder Electric Inc becomes BSE Electrical Contractors
To better reflect our changing focus to industrial work Bill Snyder Electric Inc becomes BSE Electrical Contractors.
2021 – BSE creates RSE Controls & Automation Inc.
RSE Controls & Automation Inc. spins of the control panel business from BSE.
2024 - BTR Group Formed
BTR Group is created by the amalgamation of BSE Electrical Contractors and TDS Technologies to create an industry leading full service industrial electrical and automation contractor.
